Building miniatures for the film, Street Fighter.

In the bad guy’s secret lair, he has an architectural model of his plans for a metropolis he wants to build. We did two versions, one hero and the other out of cardboard and soft stuff as there was a fight on it.

We started with an MDF and putty base then built the buildings out of acrylic. They all had places down into the base so they could come out to be replaced with the cardboard versions.

Part of the build was to show the existing temples at the site. Based on a real location, I made the model out of styrene plastic strip. I spent a lot of time on this making individual bricks to build the model up.

At the end of the film the fight happens on the model destroying it completely.
